Women of Meridian Park Raise Funds to Provide Mammograms for the Needy

Tualatin, October 10th, 2013. The 7th annual Women of Meridian Park Luncheon, raised over $35,000 for Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center. Allyson Anderson, Chief Administrative Officer, Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center, Dr. Paul Ash and Cheryl Dotten, chair of the Women of Meridian Park were pleased with the event. Net proceeds will help provide mammograms for underserved women, a fall wellness event and gynecology equipment and specialty staff training. More than 175 came together to support Legacy Meridian Park and hear a presentation by Legacy Health neurologist, Dr. Paul Ash on migraine headaches, stroke and multiple sclerosis in women. 

The Women of Meridian Park support the highest quality health care in the South Metro community by raising funds for projects benefiting women and children. This group of women leaders is an integral part of Legacy Meridian Park’s continued growth and expansion of services. They support a wide range of projects that enhance the outstanding patient care and programs.
