Portland, October 9th, 2015. Montgomery Park was packed with 300 supporters of the Rose Festival Foundation. A James Bond theme song was performed by vocalists from the Metropolitan Community Theater: Kelly Jung (who’s just 14 years old) and Karen Johnson. Co-Chairs Contesa Diaz-Nicolaidis and Peter Mack pulled out all the stops with their theme: “007 – A License to Spend.” The Gala raised $104,000 to support operational costs of the Portland Rose Festival.
