Starlight Float, Band and Run Winners Celebrate

PORTLAND, Ore. –  Celebrating  the 40th Anniversary of the Portland General Electric/SOLVE  Starlight Parade, the women and men in blue were called out for a special thank you as the bands played and floats displayed. All under the cover of the West Hills shade. Union High School out of Camas, Washington came back from a third place finish in 2015, to capture the Band Sweepstakes Award. Multnomah County Animal Services won the Sweepstakes for Best Illuminated Float.
