Portland, OR. Some of Portland’s favorite bands are filling the streets with music. The “Noon Tunes” Summer Concert Series has taken over Pioneer Square every Tuesday in July and August for 26 years. High School alternative rock band, Aventine Circus, performed on August 2nd as part of the series presented by Kink.fm and the Oregonian.
