Woodburn, OR. About one quarter of the tulips are in full bloom at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. The farm’s spring festival kicked off on March 24th and will run through April 30th. There are several nonprofit events during the festival like the Muddy Paws 3k & 5k fun run on Saturday, April 29th. It benefits local dog rescue groups including the NW Boxer Rescue. Another popular draw is the annual photo contest, which has several categories. The retriever holding a bouquet, taken by Hana Kim, took 2nd place last year.
