Oregon Governor Kate Brown proclaimed April 27, 2017 Women of Good Samaritan Celebration Day, which commended the philanthropic group as “caring and forward-thinking women who have pooled their annual membership gifts to raise more than $1.8 million in support of Legacy Good Samaritan.”
