Portland, OR. Some of Portland’s favorite bands are filling the streets with music. The “Noon Tunes” Summer Concert Series has taken over Pioneer Square every Tuesday in July and August for 26 years. High School alternative rock band, Aventine Circus, performed on August 2nd as part of the series presented by Kink.fm and the Oregonian. Concerts run from noon to 1:00 and sometimes feature local sports teams. The upcoming “Noon Tunes” schedule includes:
- August 16- The TriTones (jazz/blues) with The Portland Winterhawks
- August 23- CORNER (folk/rock) with The Hillsboro Hops
- August 30- Justin Klump (folk rock) with The Portland Trail Blazers
